Having the list is just a start. I highly recommend working with a trusted real estate agent who specialized in foreclosures as there are many differences in purchasing a foreclosed property as opposed to a traditional sale. Mainly, it’s a bigger risk and usually requires more of your money up front. In the end, you can end up with a great value or a great investment. If you are new to real estate investing, I recommend finding a partner to work with who has experience in working with foreclosures until get your first few deals under your belt.
